Waltzing with woe
Laughing along with lethargy

Look at our faces
Placid and pale
Look at our bodies
Fragile and frail

Pirouette with pain
Gallop with grief
Twirling and twisting
With terror

Minds against bodies
Flesh against bone
Time beckons on,
